On Call Schedule  

Providing us with on call and other schedules helps us handle your account more efficiently. If you have after-hours personnel who alternate handling emergency calls, let us know their schedules in advance! We can keep several months of your schedule on file. By providing us with your on call schedule, you can be sure that we will always know who to contact with your urgent calls.

We can accept on call calendars by fax or email. Soon, you will also be able to create and submit your on call schedule to us online from this page. In the meantime, we have created a printable calendar that is free for you to use. The "Additional Notes" section of this calendar can be used to record extra information such as on call phone and pager numbers. It can also be used to record codes used in the calendar itself (such as using on call personnel initials in the schedule and listing the corresponding names in the "Additional Notes" section).
