With over 50 years experience, we have lots of ideas that can help you improve your service!

  • Let us know what calls are important to you and we can deliver them to you immediately via pager, cell phone, email or other means. Check in for messages on a regular basis.
  • Use our special checkin numbers when calling for messages. It saves you time and money.
  • For even faster checkin, try our express checkin option.
  • Keep us up to date by sending us your on call schedule by the 25th of each month. If you do not have an on call schedule, we can help you create one.
  • Your satisfaction is our business! Please let a supervisor know immediately if a problem arises so that we may address your concerns promptly.
  • Keep us informed about office closings for holidays, bad weather, or meetings. The more informed we are, the more effective we are.
  • Also let us know about any changes in your employees, contact phone numbers, pager numbers, office hours, products, or services. We will update the information on your account accordingly.
  • Don't forget about our Voicemail Weather Announcements. Unannounced closings can be costly, and using our screening feature may save you money.
  • If you are going out of town, let us know when you plan to return and if you will be checking in for messages. Let us know about any procedure changes while you are out of town.
  • We can deliver messages via email as well as fax, pager, or voicemail. Check out all the ways you can retrieve messages.
