by sending us your on call schedule by the 25th of each month. If you
do not have an on call schedule, we can help you create one.

if a problem arises so that we may address your concerns promptly.

about office closings for holidays, bad weather, or meetings. The more
informed we are, the more effective we are.
- Also let us know
about any changes in your employees, contact phone numbers, pager numbers,
office hours, products, or services. We will update the information
on your account accordingly.
